On Tuesday, July 22, several members of the Island Girls met at Chico’s in Marco Island for a morning of shopping followed by lunch.
I arranged the event with Chico’s management so that our group could shop before the store opened. The event began at 8:00, and Chico’s provided coffee for us. Several sales ladies were there to help us . Island Girls started arriving shortly after 8:00 and came in a few at a time. The last group departed around 11:30, just in time to head to Stilt’s for lunch.
Not only did we have the store to ourselves for two hours, but we also hit the jackpot with savings. Chico’s extended their 40% off the entire order through Tuesday, so we got to take advantage of that. We also received an additional 10% off because it was a special event. Everyone was pleased with their purchases and thrilled with the savings.
